Delivery to Germany was quick and straightforward. The parcel carrier collected the customs fees that AliExpress had credited when buying. I had the 18T before and was actually happy with it. Since the QI loading function had passed and the rubber (Bumper) began to peel off in the end, I now got the successor. The camera of the 27T has become much faster and better. Flir is now not only sharper, but also almost delay-free. Android 14 is a real advance compared to 12 (18T) and I very much hope for updates in the future. The additional button is available again. That’s great because I like to use it. The cell phone lies well in the hand and is a serious opponent for every part of the attacker’s body even in the event of a defense :-). I built the bracket on my bike and must say that I am completely thrilled: Nothing wobbles and the cell phone should hold even in the event of major vibrations.

Well. I was the owner of this device for only a week. No matter how strong he is, alas, he is not immortal. What good things were revealed: The device is nimble, pleasant enough. Night vision camera and FLIR work well. Loud. The charge holds for a long time, charges quickly. This is my third ULEFONE phone I’m very pleased with this brand makes great rugged phones!!! I still have an ARMOR 9 (which my wife has been using is more than 3 years and still works perfectly) I also have an ARMOR 18T which I’ve used for the past 21 months with no problems!!! I was telling someone about it and getting them a link to get one when I saw that the new 27T Pro had come out and I was able to pick it up on the world premiere at such a great price for such a great phone… I’ve been using it a week or two now and I’m very pleased with it also like that it has night vision camera too, I didn’t think it would be useful but it is very useful! I like this wireless charging stand too… The FLIR thermal imaging camera works great as well and just super useful in my trade as an HVAC technician.

The first impressions are excellent, the device is grippy in the hand, the weight is solid but acceptable (after 300g is tolerable) large battery and the Victus glass with wireless charging were decisive when choosing (cool thoughtful design). Received, walked for a couple of days… In general, a very thin phone, from an outstanding only large battery and a really good night camera with an IR backlight. The teplak is so lousy there that neither depth nor resolution is enough for really professional use (after my Seek Thermal shot Pro, it is impossible to use a telephone FLIR). On board the naked android 14, with all its default roughness and bands (also after Samsung and Huawei culture shock). On the first day I caught launcher errors, but now it seems like everything is normal. Games don’t play too much, even the drippy Samsung s21plus will be more productive. The flashlight is weak. The IR-Remote did not try. Am I satisfied? Well, in general, yes, I took only for the time being and the absence of a vendor binding in by. Eslib was not staged by such a wretched FLIR, it would be even excellent, but for now it is just medium (it does not really cost 30 k). But the purchase itself is 5 stars!

I’ve had the phone for 2 days now and I love it so far. It’s fast, and on the lighter side for a rugged phone which was a nice surprise. I don’t know about the durability of it yet, like I said I’ve only had it for two days but it seems like it will handle a drop well. And the camera on it is a lot better than I was expecting too. I’ve owned a lot of rugged phones, mainly from Oukitel and dodge and there was one other brand but this one seems like it is a notch above those brands so far. I’ll try to update after I’ve had a little while longer.

I was quite surprised at the heft of this phone when it arrived. Between it and the charging stand, the package was much heavier than expected. Upon unboxing the phone I saw why. This thing is quite heavy, which I suppose is to be expected, given the size of the phone, the battery, and the armored case. First thing I discovered is that you need to use the charger that comes with it, or it may not charge. The old Samsung 2 watt wasn’t cutting it. Second thing I discovered is that there’s no decent owners manual, so you’ll have to hunt around on the phone to discover its features. Also, there isn’t one available on line yet either. One thing I’ve noticed is that it’s much faster than my old phone. So far I’ve only had it 24 hours, and I’m still discovering new features on it. Also so far, I really like this phone.

Phone is fast and very nice all around, but I can’t help but be disappointed by all the garbage on the phone. Not only has google gotten rediculous, there are also other preinstalled software on this device that I don’t want, that they now have blocked disabling so I can’t even turn them off. Also I keep missing texts and notifications since something on the device keeps killing my apps. I already turned off duraspeed and it still kills apps. Wish they would leave the software closer to stock, this experience is disappointing.

Shipping took a long time and because I ordered into EU I had to pay 100 euro extra for customs tax, but that is not the fault of the company, just something to keep in mind.
The main camera has a strange bug where indoors or in anything except perfect light, it will very rapidly flash between dark and bright all the time like it’s trying to adjust the exposure but failing. This issue shows up even in recorded video and ruins it. It happens with the stock camera app and any other camera app so it must be a firmware issue not an app issue. It only stops if you manually set the shutter speed and iso. Hopefully it will be fixed with further updates because I think it worked fine initially, only after an update did it become a problem but I’m not 100% sure of that fact as I got the update right after setting it up. I have written about this with attached video proof to the built in support application and we will see if they fix it.

the thermal imiging does not work are at lest you cant see or make out anything passed five feet unless the lights are on and you can see very clearly already & even the night vision works for nothing out passed a five foot radios.
